Scrambled tofu

Very tasty and easy to make.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 400 g silken tofu 1 package
  • 4 g kala namak sulphuric salt, 1 tsp
  • 1 el nutritional yeast flakes 8 gram
  • 1 tl turmeric powder kurkuma
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 2 pieces spring onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Pour out the excess water from the silkentofu and place the block in a bowl. Roughly cut into approx. 1 cm pieces. Stir in the kala namak, nutritional yeast and turmeric.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the onions until they are soft. Add the garlic and fry for a minute. Add the tofu mixture to the pan and scramble it like an egg. Fry for a few minutes until it is thoroughly warm. The mixture will remain soft. Spoon in the spring onion and serve.

Variations:
You can add to this scrambled tofu with:
-fried mushrooms
-fried tomato cubes
-stir-fried vegetables
