Next to that you will learn how to make fresh pasta yourself, how to work with a pastamachine, which type of wheat flour to use and best ways of cooking pasta. In addition to that this course covers vegan versions of versatile basic recipes such as ragú (also known as Bolognèse sauce), Bechamel and several pesto recipes. Finally this course gives insights on how to start veganizing your own favourite Italian recipes.
